IF THE 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE BACK ANY PRODUCTS SINCE HYGIENIC REASONS. SO PLEASE REACT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER. ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER, IT NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS.
