At KISS 'N' THRILL we ship our products worldwide from our central warehouse in Estonia, Europe. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.
Asia, Australia, NZ orders are shipped from our HQ in Bali, Indonesia.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION IN THE MIDDLE EAST WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING TO THAT AREA, WHICH IS COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business days. Note that shipping timeframes are in addition to processing times. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Free standard shipping on all orders above €250.
All prices are displayed in EUR (€). At checkout, the amount will be automatically converted to your local currency based on the current exchange rate. The final charge displayed at checkout reflects the exact conversion at the time of your purchase.
Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Standard shipping is handled via Omniva (Estonian Post) or FedEx Economy Service. Once the parcel reaches your country, your national postal service will handle final delivery.
You can track your parcel on both the Omniva website and your local postal service's website using the same tracking number. FedEx shipments can be tracked on the FedEx website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
KISS 'N' THRILL is not responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International shipments, including orders to the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries outside the European Union, will be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. KISS 'N' THRILL has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have any concerns.
2. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@kissnthrill.com. Once an order has been been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel the order or modify the shipping address.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Window)
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To start a return, email support@kissnthrill.com with your full name and order number.
Once you receive return instructions, your parcel must be shipped within 5 business days, and you must provide us with a valid tracking number.
Return Conditions
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, returned items must be in perfect, new condition.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains or perfume
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with the hygiene sticker fully intact
Please wear underwear when trying on bikini bottoms.
Returns that are worn, damaged, washed or missing hygiene stickers or tags may be refused and returned to the customer.
International Returns (Outside the European Union)
Please note that under current EU import regulations, all parcels entering the European Union from non-EU countries are subject to a mandatory €3 import processing fee, regardless of the declared value.
This fee is the responsibility of the customer and will be handled as follows:
- Refunds: The €3 import processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: The €3 import processing fee must be paid together with the reshipping cost before your replacement item is dispatched.
Any additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges incurred when receiving a return remain the customer's responsibility and may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the country of origin. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Once your return has been approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or import processing charges incurred on returned parcels are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
- For returns arriving from outside the European Union, the mandatory €3 EU import processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Sale items are eligible for Store Credit only.
- Orders paid with Gift Cards are eligible for Exchange only.
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
